We generally ship our orders with the ASM, GLS and TNT service 72/96 hours.
All fees are visible on our web. When you place an order, the cost of shipment will be calculated automatically according to the number of items, the weight, the destination etc. You will always be able to see the cost of shipping of your order before confirming your order.
The period of delivery is always estimated given that certain factors out of our control (bad weather conditions, communication delay, traffic…) can influence the time of delivery. We do our best to guarantee the availability of all our products online, as well as deliver them on time. In case of delays, you will be notified by e-mail and we will send your orders as soon as possible. If you have ordered several items, they can be delivered separately. DeAcampada will not be responsible for any delays on deliveries, but will do everything possible to send every order on time.
Do I have to be there for the delivery?
Yes, someone must be there for reception at the indicated address to receive the package. If it is not possible, please indicate to us your work address or that of a friend or member of the family that will be there for the reception of your package. In this case please do not forget to keep us informed.
What happens if nobody is present for the reception of the package?
Don’t worry! We will try and deliver your package again. If the order was not delivered, it will be sent back to us. In that case you will be reimbursed the amount of the items ordered, but not the transportation fees.
Can I ask for the package to be delivered to a different address than the one indicated on the order sheet? (For example, if I wish to send a present to a friend who lives in another country)
Yes. However according to the laws established by customs, the order must be to the name and address of the beneficiary and in the currency of the country receiving the delivery. All the information required during the steps of purchase need to correspond to the recipient. Also, we will ask you for your confirmation as well as your billing address and phone number.
Is it possible to cancel an order that has already been sent?
No, it is not possible to cancel an order that has already left our offices to be delivered to the customer, because we cannot stop it. If a customer wishes to cancel the order after it was sent, we will reimburse the amount paid for the items but not the transportation fees.
IMPORTANT: Shipping restrictions: Please take into consideration that we will not be able to deliver orders in military zones (A.P.O), or in postal boxes, because our delivery team needs a physical address and a telephone number for all deliveries.
Cost: Do I have to pay the Value Added Tax applicable in Spain?
If you live in the EEC, no. All the prices include VAT, but we will deduce it from the total if the shipping is to a region exempted from VAT. All you need to do is inform us in the section for “comments and special demands” when you place your order.
If you live outside the EEC, the prices visible on the we do not include the VAT.
Is there extra transportation fees apart from those indicated on the web?
Non. The only transportation cost that you will have to pay is indicated in your shopping cart.
Will I have to pay anything upon reception?
If you live within the EEC, no. The total amount indicated in your shopping cart includes the transportation fees and taxes (except for regions exempted from the VAD, like for example the Canary Islands). If you live outside the EEC, the local chamber of commerce will be able to give you more information on the subject. All you need to do is tell them that you wish to import material from the EEC.

IMPORTANT: According to the law, the original bill must be attached to the package when passing customs. Under no circumstances can we alter the amount of your order to minimize the price.
