How does the warranty work?
DeAmpampada offers a 2 year warranty from the date of delivery for all of its products. Any defect of the materials derivative of the manufacturing process is covered by our warranty, including the repair, replacement, or change of the product and / or components.
In the case of receiving a product with a manufacturing defect of origin, DeAcampada will repair or replace the product within 30 working days from the entry of the product in our warehouse. In case of a delay in the service caused by a force majeure, DeAcampada is exempt from any liability. T
This warranty may be made effective by presenting the original invoice for the purchase of the product.
What cases void the application of the warranty?
The user will loose the 2 year product warranty if any of these cases happen:
- When the original data contained in the invoice show clear signs of having been deliberately altered.
- When the defects and / or malfunction of the product are derived from an incorrect use of the same by the client, unattended the recommendations and attached instructions.
- When the product shows clear signs of a use that exceeds the capabilities of the same, as well as obvious abuse in the form of blows, or deterioration caused by liquids or corrosive substances, as well as any other anomaly attributable to the consumer.
- When the product has been disassembled, modified or repaired by persons not authorized by DeAcampada.
- When, derived from the normal use of the product, some of its parts show natural wear and tear signs.
- When the warranty has expired.
- When there are discrepancies between the warranty, the proof of purchase and the product.
- No other verbal or written warranty other than that expressed herein will be recognized by DeAcampada.
How do I make a return?
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all international orders over 70€. For international returns under 70€, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Please contact Customer Support at email@example.com to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label.
It is necessary that you contact us to avoid extra importation and exportation fees. Once you have received your authorization number for the return of your order, you can proceed to returning your package. Attached to your authorization number, you will find the return address and all the documentation that you will need for your return. Please use the smallest package possible when returning your order. Do not forget to send us the product in its original packaging with all the documentation that goes with it.
Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
WARNING: If you forget to contact us to obtain your authorization number before proceeding to the return, or in case you lose the necessary documentation to send back your order, all the fees occasioned will be deduced from the debt we owe you. We cannot assume all the fees occasioned by our customers due to the reasons described here.
Receive a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org in less than 48h after the order delivery to make sure that the product didn’t break because of a client’s misuse.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 48 hours.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
