Customer Service



Once you have placed your order we will assign it a tracking number that you will be able to find in the section “My Account”.
Several minutes after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our customer service department. If you do not receive this e-mail, your order has probably not been registered correctly and you need to go back through the purchasing process and make sure all the steps are filled out correctly.
In the section “My Account” you will be able to consult the planned shipping dates of all your orders.

I have still not received my order?
If you are still waiting for your order:
-Check that your destination address is correct
-Contact our customer service


There is a mistake with my order, or it is damaged
If you discover a problem with your order upon reception (ripped package, incomplete product…) please notify it on the delivery slip.
The product needs to be returned in its original package, with all its constituent parts (including accessories, instruction manuals…) and with the delivery slip, following the 7 days after reception of your package.
