Returns – Guarantee

You have 30 days from reception of your package to return the product unused, and exchange it for another product or ask for a reimbursement in the following cases:
-the size or colour of the product is not the one ordered originally
-the product is defective or was damaged during transportation
-we have sent you the wrong product
In the cases cited above we will assume the return transportation fees and the costs of the new shipment, and will repair or exchange your product immediately. The return of items will have to be done using the same logistics operator that delivered your package initially. WARNING: This will not be applicable in any other cases than the ones cited above. Therefore, for all other situations than the ones above, we will not assume the fees occasioned by the returns.
To return your order:
Contact us at before sending back your order. It is necessary that you contact us to avoid extra importation and exportation fees.
Once you have received your authorization number for the return of your order, you can proceed to returning your package. Attached to your authorization number, you will find the return address and all the documentation that you will need for your return. En case of a return, please use the smallest package possible.
For all your returns, do not forget to send us the product in its original packaging with all the documentation that goes with it.
WARNING: If you forget to contact us to obtain your authorization number before proceeding to the return, or in case you lose the necessary documentation to send back your order, all the fees occasioned will be deduced from the debt we owe you. We cannot assume all the fees occasioned by our customers due to the reasons described here.

What happens in case of guarantee issues?

We send all our items in their original package.
We guarantee the resistance of our products to washing and treatments under normal conditions, following the instructions on the tags.
